The purpose of the trip of the president is clear. It is a fact finding mission as well a sensitisation. The people should state their challenges and the president should respond to them. Through such frank encounter, the president will know the shortcomings of the system in order to better prepare appropriate policy responses. This is what is expected of undertaking such tours.
