President Adama Barrow, has appointed Mr Nuha Touray as Secretary General and Head of the Civil Service effective yesterday Tuesday 26th May 2020, a state house press release reveals. His appointment follows the retirement of former Secretary General, Mr. Muhammed B.S. Jallow, on 25th May 2020 at the age of sixty years.

Mr Jallow has now been appointed as Deputy Executive Secretary at the Senegalo-Gambia Permanent Secretariat.
