The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) has issued a press release to inform the public that nomination forms for aspiring candidates for the forthcoming presidential election are free of charge and can be collected from Election House, Bertil Harding Highway, Kanifing Layout.
“Pursuant to Section 46 of the Constitution, the Independent Electoral Commission will conduct the Presidential Election on 1st December 2016,” the release states.
The IEC release added that “Nomination of candidates will be held from 7th to 10th November 2016.”
