QUESTION OF THE DAY
According to section 203 (1)(a) of the Constitution,
“On receipt of the report of a Commission of Inquiry—
- the President shall within six months publish the report and his or her comments on the report, together with a statement of any action taken ……………….”
Does the current president have the time and all it takes to review the report, publish a white paper and take all the necessary actions before the 4th December, 2021 presidential election? If not, it means only the next elected president will be able to implement the recommendations of the TRRC.
