QUESTION OF THE DAY

A constitution has been drafted by the Constitutional Review Commission and when the final draft is ready, it will be submitted to the president together with a report. It will then be considered by the National Assembly before it goes for a referendum.

Since the answer is either yes or no, the crucial question is what will be uppermost in the minds of the people in deciding whether to vote yes or no. Foroyaa will conduct a vox pop randomly to find out from potential voters.

Needless to say, in past referenda, many voters were parochial or sentimental in considering how to vote. Let us see how things will play out this time. Foroyaa will be monitoring the situation.
