By Rohey Jadama The homosexuality case involving Momar Sowe and Alieu Sarr who are accused of multiple counts of homosexuality yesterday 12th March continued at the Chambers of Justice Simeon A. Abi of the Banjul high court.The accused persons as well as defence counsel Lamin S. Camara went to the trial judge’s chamber for the hearing of the case. It could be recall that the trial judge ruled in favour of the prosecution on the 24th February that the case will be heard in chambers due to the fact that the witnesses are security personnel whose identity should be protected from the public.]]>
