Hawks FC and Gambia Armed Forces will this weekend battle it out for the Super Cup in a clash signaling resumption of the domestic league.

The much- anticipated moment of the league is set to hold on Saturday 11th November 2017, at the nation’s home of football –the Independence Stadium.

Armed Forces won the league last season and will be hoping for a title retention campaign beginning with securing the Super Cup tomorrow.

They will however have to swagger past a free-flowing football-playing Hawks who dumped Real de Banjul to win the Football Federation Cup, consequently ticketing a spot in the Caf Confederation Cup preliminaries.

Soldiers’ gaffer Ebou Jarra has bolstered his squad with the acquisition of new players after tapping talents during his side’s pre-season tour of the country.

He’s also been beefed up with the services of two defenders in Julaba Sawaneh – on loan from Marimoo – and Saikou Omar Saho tied down on a permanent deal from Brikama United.
