To address this question, we will first review the press release issued by the Gambia Opposition For Electoral Reform (GOFER) and state point by point what their proposals and demands are and then analyse whether fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the demands and proposals will render any participation in elections to be feasible or foolhardy.
