Yerro
He went around and introduces his wife to the staff;
“She is my lovely wife my better half at the other end taking care of our family business and taking care of our two lovely kids she is also a Masters Holder in Human Development isn’t that cute.”
The staff laughed at him and said;
“We have seen that you love Madam a lot she is cute, smart and beautiful.” Eliza posited.
Asum
“That’s your description for me? Thank you, you are also sweet that’ why my better half feel at home and does not miss his family that much.”

She was not far but being informed by her secret agents accordingly.
The Couple
As they headed for Angie’ office they accidently met Pat who quickly caught up;
Pat
“Well! Well! Well! Who is here my one and only Sumbie? How can you come to visit us by surprise? How are the kids I hope they are fine?”
Asum
“They are Pat I’ve seen that your brother is quite transformed his room so neat what have you done to him? He was so untidy. I said I have to come and see what is keeping him from his family for months going to a year?”
Pat
“My brother is a workaholic and I am always telling him to halt for a moment but he is held bent to reach his target his home project and all that my wife he is just working for you people to make you comfortable that’ why I am not fussing over it but be rest assure I’ll ensure he does not misbehave.
Asum
“I trust you as a good family friend.” Then she laughed at her;
“But you are so beautiful, how is your husband? Is this your first child?” She nodded her head.
Asum
“I remember when I am pregnant with Ngenarr and within few months when she was one year old I got pregnant with Baaba they were just like twins and I hated Yerro for putting me into that situation it was so stressful am advising you not to follow my mistake take some form of family planning to give space to your children; discuss it with your husband and avoid my mistake.”
Pat was very uneasy then Yerro rescued her;
Yerro
“Pat don’t mind her we were all culprits because we cannot let go of each other but afterwards we both learn from our mistakes and administer proper family planning.”
Pat
She became relieved and said;
“Asum my wife thank you very much for your wise counseling I’ll discuss the matter with my husband because we too like you cannot leave each other’ sight even now he wants it very much and I cannot help giving it to him.”
They both laughed heartily and Asum said;
“I would like to meet your husband before leaving and thank you in front of him for helping my better half such a wonderful job which helps him shoulder all his responsibilities the only hiccup is absence from his family the money is nice but equally his family.”
Pat pretended to sympathize her and said;
“It will be alright my wife Yerro is working for the family and God’ willing everything will be alright.”
Asum
“I believe you and thank you for being concern with our family.”
Pat
She is very edgy and has bad feeling and jealousy for Asum her sophistication, composure, sweetness and confidence irritated her;
“You are a fool I’ll never share my man with you I pick him from poverty, give him job, Yerro is handsome and sweet and I never him more than ever that I am expecting his twins I cannot share Yerro is mind and mine alone.” She hissed and spat at the ground.
Yerro
He is in a dilemma he loves his wife and does not want Asum to know about his affair with Pat but on the other hand Pat has an ulterior motive she wants to dislodge Asum tactically without Yerro’ knowledge she knows Yerro loves and respects his wife and want to use her as a mistress a second fiddle and she was not ready for that now it is her scheme and Yerro’ love she wants him to divorce his wife and marry her. Yerro is determined to thwart her scheme who will overcome the other?
Pat
She decided to harass Yerro with intermittent calls which irritated him as well as Asum.
The Phone
The phone rang incessantly and Yerro refused to answer it as he ate the delicious meal that Asum cook for him.
Asum
As the phone continued to ring she said;
“Sunshine take you phone it is ringing intensely it might be very important take it please.”
Yerro
He took the phone and saw Pat and quickly put it off.
Asum
“Why did you put it off? It might be an emergency life and death why is the caller so insistant?”
Yerro
“It might be one of my workers who did not know I have an august visitor let him wait until I am done with consuming my delicacy and my sweetie beside me.”
Asum
She smiled and said;
“But why have you not make it possible to absent from work and come to town to enjoy your family?”
