President to fly to Dubai today As a Panelist on Investment Opportunities in Africa

State House has on November 13th, announced that President Adama Barrow will Tuesday depart the shores of this country to Dubai as a panellist on investments opportunities in Africa.“His Excellency, Mr. Adama Barrow, President of the Republic of The Gambia, will travel to Dubai to attend the Global Investment Forum and the 4th Annual CROSAPF Summit,” the statement confirmed.

It is stated that Barrow will be on a panel of three African Heads of States to discuss Investment Opportunities in Africa. “This would accord him the opportunity to promote The Gambia and its investment opportunities,” the statement said; that he is set to depart Banjul International Airport today, Tuesday, 14th September, 2017 at 4:00 pm.

The Co-Investment Round-table of Sovereign and Pension Funds (CROSAPF), was established in 2014 as a member-driven platform. It is designed to facilitate co-investment and collaboration among institutional investors in order to enhance risk-adjusted returns for the prosperity of future generations. Members and selected guests meet biannually to network and discuss the latest issues regarding co-investment opportunities, cooperation, strategies and best practices. The Annual Summit draws the heads of large asset owners, top tier asset managers, business and government leaders.
