Otto Nagengast make light work of Gunjur Football Academy

Sutukoba based Otto Nagengast football Academy in the Wuli EastFootball district on 4/10/2014 rain goals on Gunjur football Academy in a friendly game held in Sutukoba. In the first half of the match, both teams fought bitterly but did not convert their chances into goal, until the 15th minute when Wuyeh Jarra scored the opening goal for Otto Nagengast (Sutukoba) through a powerful long range shot. In the 20th minute of the game, Gunjur (the visitors) responded with exceptional swiftness resulting in a penalty, a chance that was effectively utilized by Balemmeh Saho who leveled the score. In the 23rd minute, Masanneh aka Roy Makaye Jabai doubled the score for Sutukoba’s Otto Nagengast academy. The struggle continued and Alagie Baggio Jaiteh netted the 3rd goal for the host team. The hosts did hold back as Kawsu Nyabally and Ousman Jaiteh each scored and the result recorded at break was 5-1. Resumption saw the visitors reducing the deficit on a final 5-2 score line. Team captain Chongan Saho and Gunjur’s Lamin Saho expressed gratitude to Mr. Suwaibou Touray for his immense contribution towards the development of football in the district in post-match comments. He also thanked the host team for the warm welcome accorded to them. Lamin Saho also expressed similar remarks and thanked Mr. Abdoulie Touray for having donated some football gears to them. Kebba Touray, the head of the host team for his part, expressed gratitude to all those who in one way or the other contributed towards the success of the game.
