Abdoulie G. Dibba Following the arrest, detention and subsequent released on bail of the Project Director of the Water and Land Management Project (NEMA), Momodou Lamin Gassama, it is being reported that the project cannot meet its financial obligations which compelled this reporter to investigate the issue. It is gathered from close sources that the project director is not back at work as he is now reporting on bail at the National Intelligence Agency (NIA). At the moment, said the source, they have sent a request to IFAD requesting for the current Central Project Coordinating Unit Coordinator to oversee NEMA but have not yet received their response. This, he said, puts the project at a standstill as at now.]]>
