Bah, the former Secretary Njogu BahGeneral, Head of the Civil Service and Presidential Affairs Minister, was adjourned yesterday, 27 January, due to the absence of his defence attorney, Lamin Mboge. Prior to the adjournment of the matter till the 4th of February by Principal Magistrate Dawda Jallow of the Banjul Magistrates’ Court , Dr. Bah told the court that his lawyer had informed him that he was at the High Court and appealed the magistrate to stand down the case temporarily to enable his lawyer to appear in court later.
