With Kebba Camara Artenola, Gambia’s young rising rap and Afro-Manding artist has revealed that he is set to launch his debut album ‘Dem Beeh Jeh’ on 22nd November, 2014 at Alliance Franchise. According to him, the album comprises of ten tracks and some of the promotional songs are ‘dem beeh Jeeh’ ‘Yama Morm’ featuring Tafa artist and produced by State of the Mic studio and Pack studio. He added that four singles entitled “Mbe nyo kono” featuring Jali Madi “Chasing dream” featuring Kerr Gi family, “Wuli yeku keh” (get up and do something) and “Beautiful stars” featuring Silky Crise will all be part of the album. He noted that his video entitled “Mbe nyo kono” (We are the same) is making wave on GRTS. “Thanks to all those who have contributed immensely towards my music career, the producers, Manding Empire, Indiana Fashion shop and all my fans for making the project a reality,” he said. He noted that with his short spell in music, he has over the years produced thrilling melodious songs, ranging from Ndaga to hip-hop and afro-manding varieties. Artenola, whose real name is Suwaibou Bondi, is a resident of Latrikunda German in the Kanifing Municipality and started his musical journey in 2009 and was in 2013 awarded scholarship by Manding Morry Academy of Music (MAM) and Foundation of Performing Art (MANFOPA) where he studied music theory and practicals.]]>
