By Sulayman Bah Italian giants Inter Milan are set to make an offer for Gambia’s midfielder Sulayman Marreh. The 20-yer-old is one player being monitored by Italian scouts amid rife reports Inter are among plethora of clubs hunting for his signature. Foroyaa Sport yesterday reported of the Nerrazuri’s long standing admiration for the midfielder with reports latest in the saga claiming Inter are set ‘to table a formal’ proposal to the Gambian’s employers, Spanish club Granada in the La Liga. Inter lacks a defensive midfielder sitting eight-placed in the Serie A, ten points behind leaders Juventus, and considers Marreh the perfect nut to the bolt. They failed to tie the player down to a deal when he trialed with them last year. The Scorpion moved to Spain and immediately impacted on Granada reserves’ matches scoring once in as eight matches. It took barely a month from his signing for gaffer Joaquin Caparros to fast-track Sulayman -likened to France’s Pogba – to the A team. He was tipped to make his La Liga debut this season had not for an injury he picked up in the pre-season. But, now back and fully recuperating, SulaymanMarreh has suddenly become subject of interests with Internacionale (Inter Milan) reportedly leading the chase to sign him. They however face competition from unnamed Portuguese top flight clubs.]]>
