By Muhammad Bah Mr. Sait Fanta Jagne, a former employee of the Standard Chartered Bank has appealed against the decision of the high court sitting in its appellate jurisdiction. When the case was called in court, lawyer Abdoulie Sisoho appeared for the appellant, Mr Jagne while the bank was not represented, apparently because it was not served. Three judges headed by Justice Fagbenle constituted the panel of the Court of Appeal. The case was adjourned till next month, 9 February 2015.    ]]>
