ASP David Kujabi ceased to be Police PRO and the handing over was scheduled to take place yesterday, 15 July 2015. 
This was said during an enquiry on the whereabouts of a former IGP Benjamin Wilson who was replaced on 14 July 2015. A source had told Foroyaa that he is under arrest and detained by the said authorities. According to the PRO, “I’m no more the PRO, someone else will replace me and I will do the handing over to another person.” At the time of going to press Foroyaa was yet to be informed who ASP Kujabi’s replacement is.]]>
