First Division league table-toppers Waa Banjul will on Saturday play against struggling Hawks side at the Late Ousman Saho Field in Old Yundum in week-six fixture of the domestic top-flight at 4 pm.
Waa Banjul have identical points with Wallidan FC on 11 points but have a better goal difference of 5-4. While Wallidan beat their archrivals Real de Banjul in week-five, Waa Banjul spilt points (1-1) with the reigning champions Fortune FC
Falcons FC and Real de Banjul who were on 10 points in week-four dropped three points apiece in week-five, thus paving the way for the Blue Boys of Wallidan to climb from 8-11 points, one point adrift of them.
Waa Banjul FC who were also on 10 points also failed to win but managed to pick up a point and avoid defeat.
Waa Banjul and Wallidan have identical goals scored (6). Both teams, plus Brikama United, are yet to taste defeat in the league.
