The ministry of works and communication is fully aware that road and infrastructural construction for the OIC conference will have to be speeded up to meet the necessary deadline if required information, communication and timely outrage to compensate those who are going to be attending. That is negotiation for compensation should take place before demolition of structures or intrusion into productive facilities like horticultural gardens.
Development should take place without tears. Only a government that fails to plan and prepare for development will do so at the expense of the people. Development should always be in the interest of the people and not at their expense.
