The ministry has to provide media practitioners from all media houses with appropriate outfits and disinfectants to visit all places where people are kept for observation and show the nation how people are kept until they are satisfied in releasing them. It is the view of experts that elderly people and those suffering from diabetes or hypertension are most vulnerable when it comes to COVID-19. They could easily face death without adequate protection.
Detention should therefore not expose anyone who has not contracted the illness to do so whilst under observation. This means that the environment for protective observation should be ideal in preventing any possibility of contracting the illness.
