QUESTION OF THE DAY
As the prevalence of COVID 19 infection increase as anticipated, two National Assembly members have ventured to volunteer to test their status. Halifa Sallah , the National Assembly Member for Serre Kunda and Ousman Sillah ,the Member for Banjul North and the Chairperson of the Select Committee on Health volunteered to have test doneyesterday , to establish their status so as to inspire other national Assembly members to do voluntary testing and use the result, positive or negative, to continue the fight against the PANDEMIC. Foroyaa is informed that the results would be disclosed as soon as they received it for advocacy purposes to fight the PANDEMIC.
Foroyaa would wish to reiterate that the PANDEMIC is real and the people dying are under-reported and under- recorded.
