Owners of green transports are now in a dilemma. Repainting a transport costs between D6000 and D10,000. Transport colour is a matter of choice.
Now some people feel that they are being compelled to repaint their transport without being told why they have to do so.
Foroyaa has sent a reporter to talk to the authorities to find out where the instruction came from. The vehicle owners are waiting for an answer. A press release from the Ministry of the Interior would have been the quickest way to explain what is going on.
The authorities should know that an answer is being awaited.
