The publication of the Bill to promulgate the Constitution was 14th August, 2024. This Bill should be published for three months, that is, the second publication should commence on 14th November, 2024 for a period of 10 days, that is, 24th November.
Hence there is the possibility to include it in the agenda of the next session of the National Assembly which will be the budget session.
The National Assembly members after the second reading may decide to restrict themselves to discussing the merits and principles of the Bill and then refer the Draft to a committee. The committee will submit its report to the whole National Assembly and after adoption move on to consider every clause before voting to adopt it for a referendum.
So at this stage no one can say anything clear yet.
