Since the decision of the high court is that the dismissal of Omar Sarjo is null and void and there is no appeal by the state, it has become apparent that Omar Sarjo should be reinstated.
Foroyaa pointed this out several times before the matter finally came to the National Assembly. This confirms that the perpetration of wrong doing does not pay in the long run. The state should not wait to remedy injustice. The state should be a protector of its citizens and should not wait to be pressurized to deliver justice when a court directs it to do so.
