A citizen without power is just a citizen in name. Such a person will not be different from any other living thing. A human being elevates himself or herself from the other living things on this earth by exercising certain rights and duties accorded to them based on their times and circumstances. Be an active citizen, take charge, get your voter’s card and cast it for the candidate of your choice to make a difference.
