The information received at the Foroyaa office reveals that on both banks of the country people either prayed on different days or did not pray at all. Some even prayed on Saturday and slaughtered their sheep on Sunday. On a day when people should be free from stress, tension ruled the minds and hearts of many people. Many prayed on a day that was not of their choosing. Others wanted to pray on a day of their choosing but could not do so.
