The answer to this question could best be found by recalling the decision of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to cause the return of diplomatic passports given to private persons. This trend could be followed by the president. To avoid any doubt the president should look at the feasibility of cancelling all diplomatic passports and issuing them a new after defining the basis of issuing them in legislation.
