Many people have been complaining about land issues and no solution is yet at sight. Land tenure reform should be a major component of the reform programme of any government that wishes to address a major source of frustration and conflict in The Gambia. Foroyaa will examine the Constitutional provision and laws governing the operation of the Lands Commission and interview the authorities to find out the challenges and prospects of addressing a burning issue.
