The demand for bread production is higher than the current supply. A number of people have to travel long distances before they could get bread. The shop keepers that sell them bread get it from bikers who face a temporary ban. Some shopkeepers have to go a long way in search of bread thus increasing the opportunity cost in leaving their shops to go and search for bread.
It is urgent for those responsible for breaking the supply chain for bread to review the challenges and provide a solution.
