Must Read

Individuals whose vehicles consume petrol are finding it difficult to purchase fuel at filling stations. There was rumour about fuel scarcity. Foroyaa has contacted the ministry of petroleum and was informed that there is no scarcity of petrol in the country.

Foroyaa’s search has revealed that compared to last year; the price of crude oil has dropped drastically. Even though the price rose drastically in July, it has started falling again. Hence there should be sufficient petrol which should have been bought at cheaper prices if the purchase did not take place early this year.

This paper will therefore commence an investigation to find out where the source of the problem lies. No one has informed Foroyaa that there is a dispute between the importers and the government. Why then should there be a shortage?
