Foroyaa will investigate why forms are being given to staff of Gamtel/Gamcel who have worked for the companies for decades to fill and commit themselves to a voluntary departure from the company. The office f the Ombudsman and the Human rights commission should begin to collaborate to protect workers from discrimination. Foroyaa will get the details of these forms and then conduct interviews with the proper authorities to get clear answers.
