According to his interviews his major mission is to ensure that there is a humanitarian corridor for Ukrainians and other civilians who are trapped in areas of war to be transported to safer destination. He therefore called on people not to jeopardize his mission by asking him questions whose answers would jeopardizes his mission. He did indicate that the war is absurd and evil and should come to a stop.
He has emphasized that all nations in the world must have their sovereignty protected. It is therefore important for people to realise that when there is war all persons of good will should encourage efforts to be made to put an end to the war. All hands must be on deck to put an end to the war in Ukraine.
