The Commission Members having been constituted will now have to be sworn in so that they can exercise their powers under the Act.
The Access to Information Act imposes a duty on public bodies to create, keep, organize and maintain its information in a manner which facilitates access to information as provided for in the Act.
The act gives a right to every person to access information from a public body.
