Information received from reliable sources indicates that Mr Seth Yaw 
Kandeh, a Ghanaian based in Accra, Ghana and Mr Olufemi Erinli Titus (a Nigerian) who were arrested fifteen days ago, , are still detained at the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) headquarters in Banjul.
According to sources, the two work for Facts International Ghana Ltd based in Accra, Ghana.
Mr Kandeh and Mr Titus were said to be arrested alongside Mr Yaw on 4th November 2014, at the Brikama Campus of the University of The Gambia. Since then they are still being detained without bail and not released or arraign in any court of law.
