Mr Abdou Ndiaye is a Senegalese who has allegedly been defrauded of the sum of 2 million francs CFA. He has in his possession telephone numbers, video clips and audio recordings that may not be the best to put in the Senegalese media in order to save the spirit of good neighbourliness between the two countries which exaggerated reporting in the social media could harm.
