The address of the President on 19th June, 2025 may even be late for the government to indicate to the farmers, the availability, accessibility and affordability of seeds and fertiliser for the 2025 crop production season.
An announcement by the minister of agriculture or state house or GGC is urgently needed. Farmers are expressing their concerns to Foroyaa, as the first rain in URR gives early warning that the 15th June forecast of the commencement of the rainy season should be earmarked for the gauging of preparedness of all stakeholders in agricultural service delivery.
