Swede-Gambian Joe Sise is ready to play football again after enduring surfeit of torturous injuries for four years.Swede-Gambian Joe Sise

Joe, a proven prolific goal-getter had Achilles tendon problem beginning 2011 while with Nordsjaelland, a Danish Super Liga club.

His three-year deal there was considered a big coup but trouble brewed up for the winger/attacker when he had a recurrence on his tendon forcing the club to release him having grown disillusioned over his injury problems.

But undeterred, the 26-year-old who featured for Sweden U-21s and his still eligible to play for Gambia, continued his battle with abrasions and his never-say-die attitude has paid off overcoming his injury nightmares late last year.

In the moments of his troubles he had even dropped level training with second tier sides without success. But fast-forward 2015, the lanky former Halmstads striker has declared he’s fit again, signaling his availability to clubs interested in acquiring his services.

Joe had unsuccessful try-outs with Italian Serie A giants AC Milan and Rangers FC of Scotland.

He still remains eligible to feature for Gambia’s Scorpions, his birth country.
