An encounter that wrapped up in favour of the Sateba Boys, saw the East outfit dominate in possession with a floodgate of chances but fell short of converting any of their near-goal opportunities. Brikama who were forced to retract to the back foot, pounced on kamikaze defending by the East side to bury home two goals from Silva and a spot-kick from Sainey Sambou. The win puts gaffer Alieu John Ndure’s troop on the brink of reaching the quarter-finals as they top Group B on nine points.
