Makan Bi clinches the Banjul Nawetaan league final The Banjul Nawetaan league final which was staged yesterday, Thursday, 20 November, has been won by Makan Bi, last year’s title holders by two goals to nil against their contenders Man city at the KG5 mini stadium. Lamin Jabbie, a half back, with support from team mate Edi Ndow, netted the first goal in the first three minutes of the first half. The second goal was scored by Sulayman Bah, who was a subistutute in the last 8 minutes, with support from Ismaila Singhateh, the team captain.
