The Spokesperson of the Gambia Police Force, Cadet Assistant Superintendent Modou Musa Sisawo has confirmed that the stabbing incident which occurred in Banjul has resulted in the death of one Kebba.
Cadet ASP Sisawo said the suspect is one Omar Frazer who is currently at large, adding that the victim (Kebba) was rushed to the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital by a friend where he was pronounced dead.
“The incident was reported to the Police in the morning by one Mustapha Gaye who said that he had a chat with the victim before he took his last breath,” he said. The Police Spokesperson said Mustapha told them that he spoke to the victim who confirmed to him (Mustapha) that he was stabbed by the suspect Omar Frazer before he died.
“The accused person is currently at large and the police are doing all they can in order to apprehend him,” the Police PRO said.
