Sierra Leone’s Shooting Stars are due in Banjul either today or this week according to reports.S Leone U20s due in Gambia

The Freetown outfit jets in for the African Youth Championship second-leg preliminary round.

They bit the dust in the first phase to Gambia’s young Scorpions by two goals to nothing with captain Abdoulie Jallow and Ebrima Jobe goals proving enough to secure coach Omar Sise his first victory at the managerial helm of the Gambia U-20.

In Banjul, the visitors will hope to restore their campaign while the hosts target to finish off the job at the Bakau Stadium.

Victory for Gambia will see them face Morocco for the final round to book a place in the group stage proper of the AYC for Zambia 2017.

Already, the Scorpions have been beefed up by the arrivals of a hand few of foreign-based players in Erik Stafford, Sulayman Isaack Ceesay and Modou Cham, all from Norway.
