Remains of persons believed to be toddlers were last week Friday exhumed at
the Serrekunda General Hospital.
According to sources, the skeletons were dug up by law enforcement agents at the backyard of the Mortuary in Serrekunda General Hospital after a tip-off. A Mortuary attendant is said to be helping the police with their investigation and is currently detained at the Kanifing Police Station.
The remains are kept at the Mortuary pending investigation.
The Police PRO was contacted, but he said he was not aware of the incident.
