Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger are facing armed opposition forces that threaten the peace and tranquility in these countries. Time is running out for the African Continent as the cold war of the past is being replaced by a new trend towards hot war.
If governments do not put their acts together and unite in the common interest of their people, they will remain divided and become easy prey to countries with military blocs. Africa’s strength is her unity. This is why Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso should strive to build sovereign republics governed by the consent of the people that could unite with Ecowas and African Union member states to build a United Africa that will not allow itself to be divided and conquered.
