Real de Banjul over the weekend made dramatic U-turn to finally admit their on-loan player Famara Jarju has been released of his contract in Denmark.
Famara was shipped out on temporary basis to second tier Danish AC Horsens with an option for both parties to make the deal permanent.
However the 20-year-old stay there was short-lived after the club decided to release him apparently not impressed.
Reached by Foroyaa Sport last week Real de Banjul denied the whirling reports of Famara’s exit before making a dramatic U-turn a day later to confirm it.
In the Banjul club’s version, Horsens merely exercised a clause in the Famara’s terms, not to offer the attacking midfielder a fresh contract, before disclosing the player is currently being tested by a Swedish club.
AC Horsens is seated third in the 12-team table after nineteen games.
Meanwhile, EbrimaSanneh another Real de Banjul player was conferred with an award for his eleven goals and helping Kenyan‘s Nairobi City Stars to avoid demotion.
