Peace Network CEO Completes Training In Mediation, Negotiation

Alasana Justice Jallow, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Peace Network-The Gambia, has recently completed training as a trainer in mediation and negotiation, organised by the Dutch Institute of International Relations (Clingendeal), at The Hague in The Netherlands.

Mr. Jallow, who was nominated by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to undergo the training in the Netherlands, has also been certified as a trainer in mediation and negotiation.

Reflecting on the impacts of the training, Mr. Jallow expressed willingness to share the knowledge learned with Gambians.

“This was a meaningful and productive training. I have learned a lot of new skills and techniques which will henceforth be very useful in my day-to-day training and mediation work. Furthermore, I am ready to share my knowledge with Gambians through Peace Network, and will utilize the training to impact the country by providing similar training for Gambians and to serve as a mediator,” he said.

He further reiterated that Peace Network is committed and dedicated to contribute to the peace and development of The Gambia.
