Ousman Jallow yesterday evening got on the score sheet for Finnish Premier League leaders HJK but the side lost to Macedonia’s Shkendija.

The striker starred from start to finish in the second round qualifiers of the Europa League.

The 27-year-old fired in the opening goal in the 35th minute, a lead HJK held going into the break but matters took shocking turn when the Macedonians scored three successive goals in the second-half courtesy of Ibraimi’s hat-trick.

Ous’s compatriot Demba Savage started but got subbed in the final minutes as a 10-man HJK slept off.

Elsewhere in Europa League game yesterday, Ebrima Sohna started for VPS in their defeat to Denmark’s Brondby IF.
