By Sailu Bah The Social Security Public Relation Officer has revealed that Ocean Bay and Sun Beach Hotel are no longer managed by SSHFC. Their management is now in the hands of a private Company called BPI Tourism Service Company. This was confirmed by the Public Relations Officer Mr Raymond A.K. Njai on Wednesday 17th December 2014, in his office. Readers would recall Foroyaa had earlier reported that Ocean Bay Hotel at Cape Point in Bakau has now been leased by Social Security and Housing Finance Cooperation (SSHFC) to BPI Tourism Services Company for a period of 10 years and the lease took effect on 1st December 2013 and will end in 2023. Foroyaa wanted to know more about how Social Security acquired Sun Beach Hotel and the terms of the lease. However the PRO of Social Security did not want to go into details other than confirming that the two Hotels are leased. According to him the Hotels are managed by another Company.]]>
