In a press conference organised by the ministry of information, the managing director of Nawec indicated that power outages will soon become a thing of the past. Soon after that, power outage in the Serrekunda Churchill Town end increased.
In fact, the editor of this paper could not utilize his lap top because of power outage which had lasted for five hours and is still continuing as we go to press. When a solution is at sight, it must be quantitatively reduced until it is qualitatively resolved. What is however happening with the power outages is a cause for concern.
Foroyaa will seek a detailed programme on how Nawec intends to gradually improve the availability and affordability of electricity supply.
