Gambian CHAN team comprising exclusively local-based players are set 
for camping in Rabat.
The team has already commenced training ahead of the CHAN qualifiers –the local version of the African Cup of Nations –to begin in June. The qualifiers will be running simultaneously with the Afcon one.
Gambia is lined to take on neighbouring country Senegal in an all Senegambian derby. But ahead of that, a proposed camping in Morocco is being arranged to fine tune the team’s preparation with budget for that already endorsed by government, says the GFF.
Gambia last competed in the tournament in 2009 losing to Mauritania,
Since then attempts have been made to re-join the championship but for financial reasons.
