The West Coast Group Tribunal Court presided over by the Chief of Kombo North Momodou Bojang, on Tuesday November 5th 2019 issued an injunction to Malanding Sanneh of Busura village and Olimatou Colley, the Alkalo of Talokoto village.
The injunction was dated 31/10/2019 and was issued as a notice to the parties to a land dispute between the communities of Busura and Talokoto, to stop work at the site under dispute until the Regional Group Tribunal rules or decides on the matter carefully.
The Court injunction note read as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam,
The West Coast Group Tribunal Court in the name of the Republic of the Gambia, here by orders that you Mr. Malanding Sanneh of Busura village, stop all forms of work / development on the plot/compound situated at Talokoto / Busura in Kombo East/ Central District, Western Region forthwith. The said plot/ compound is currently in dispute and before the west coast group tribunal for redress. Anyone found working on this area will tantamount to a contempt of court order and will be seriously dealt with in accordance to law. Please obey, it ended. A copy was cc to Governor west coast Region Brikama, station officer mandinaba police station.
